What Our Clients Say
KIND WORDS
I was given a massive recommendation to use Wicked Wand to paint my foyer white. Might not sound like a big task but it was because there are so many whites!! Would Wicked Wand even take on such a small project? Well.. Not only did Jo and Chris take on my project they took the time to walk me through a variety of Whites. Brought samples to point out under tones and how they work in my foyer!! Honestly it was above and beyond and for a small foyer that just wanted to be white. It is perfect!! Thank you Jo and Chris for solving my white dilemma! You are so very skilled.

We are repeat customers with Jo and Chris at A Wicked Wand, who have done three projects with us so far. We just completed our third, our laundry / mud room, and couldn't be happier with the results! They were very collaborative in the scoping process, helping us to pinpoint what we wanted the final footprint to be; essential in the research process as they sourced multiple options for cabinets, counters, and colors; and their partnership was unparalleled as we dealt with some uncovered issues and they worked tirelessly to get it right. We love the finished product and smile every time we walk through those doors now - starting from that room being a place that we avoided is super high praise. We recommend A Wicked Wand most highly, and have done in the past to local friends looking for help with home updates. It's always wonderful when you see the finished product, but it's difficult to say goodbye to Jo and Chris until our next project - they are lovely, fun, caring, and just overall wonderful to work with (in addition to being knowledgeable, talented, detail-oriented, dedicated, and creative). Thanks, AWW, for another great room!

Jo and Chris were a pleasure to work with. They updated my kitchen by about 20 years, by painting the cabinets, walls, and trim. More interior painting was done a few months later. We were able to sell our house 3 weeks after listing it, and the buyers stated that the kitchen had been one of the main reasons they loved the house.

A friend recommended Jo after she had her kitchen cabinets and walls painted. Jo has the ability to help choose color and has a steady hand for painting an edge like nobody else! We planned on her doing my kitchen and ended up having three other rooms painted too! Could not be happier with the job. Highly recommended! Thanks Jo!

Jo and Chris did an amazing job turning my MIL’s outdated, unappealing, unsellable house into a gem! After sitting on the market for several months in 2019, with no interest from any buyers who could see the house’s potential, we took it off the market and handed it over to Jo and Chris for a top-to-bottom transformation. They did a remarkable job of staying within our budget by coming up with genius and creative solutions. Jo made perfect design choices. They did most of the work themselves and seamlessly coordinated the few contractors. They made the project as worry free as possible for us and were an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with. The end result: the house goes back on the market, shows beautifully, and sells within 2 days, and with a very healthy return on our investment. Cannot recommend Jo and Chris highly enough!
