Hi, I'm Jo. I'm a residential house painter and contractor with a bit of a twist. I'm also a project choreographer, color consultant, Sourcerer, and your home style collaborator. I help people see their creative options and ideas through new lenses so they can make decisions that best define, refine, and edit the stories they want their homes to tell. 

A Wicked Wand specializes in working with historic, quirky, and character homes and spaces (and clients!) that have their own stories to tell or are ready to let go of the expectations and ghosts of others so they can tell new ones.

My clients cry out for color, whimsy, glamour, transformation, and era or themed rooms that make them FEEL at home. They also seek my help to procure the obscure, pick and source finishes and fixtures, bring one-off creative projects to life, and to reimagine their weird and unique finds and display their objects de art. Some in-person clients simply want their bathroom repainted with good vibes by someone who shows up when they say they will.
